★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service experience. They just promise you vouchers just to enrol and they never provide. Have been asking for my vouchers since last 8 months. Now I don’t trust them if they will provide the stem cell also in case of emergency. Pathetic customer support. I would recommend to preserve the stem cell with some other facility.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the WORST company I have ever seen in my life. I have no words for them. ZERO professionalism and pathetic customer care. Never ever go for the services of this company. They will charge you bomb, make false commitments and later disappear. They misplaced my son’s sample and when I registered a complaint than they removed the link of the test and report. Lifecell top management should close this company and should start a circus company. PATHETIC COMPANY AND PATHETIC MANAGEMENT.
