I'm stand inside 30/35 minutes, waiting for a long time, the staff does not care what is happening to the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well stocked. Products kept rightly and with proper care . Good discount and well maintained. For RX medicine and food supplement both baby and others good but for surgical items and consumables limited stock. Staffs are not very courteous and wait time is really very high. They offer home delivery also. The medicine return policy also is very stringent .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recent I Purchased more than 200 rs medicines from this store but the billing executive staff was not giving the carry bag and he was rudely behaved and said we are not providing the carry bag but there were many carry bags were kept so this is how the lifeline is operating where custome was not happy....I hope the owner check with the staffs because how the customer will carry the medicines if the medical staff was not provided the carry bag....the billing executive staff was Tanmoy Mondal who was not wearing mask also but he was denied to provide me the carry bag....I am not the new customer...I was always preferred to buy from lifeline medical store but now I have to think...Please train your store staff how to behave with the customer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saltlake stadium lifeline: Don't waste your time...complete bakwas. Too much chitchat between the two young boys & not much action. I was asked to write down the medicines so that "beshi hat te na hoi" by referring to a digital list. Heaven &hell difference between service at the Lifeline in Purbachal community centre and these clowns.

Cashier, Mr. TANMOY MONDAL deducted
Rs. 3838 from my card against bill of Rs. 415.
After, that they tried to refund the amount in cash, when I started creating scene, they deposited the money through one of their colleagues upi id to my account.
Please be very cautious before make any payment at this unit of LIFELINE

While one branch of this chain offers discounts hoti 25 % , this branch offers only 20 %. The stock is goodand medicines are dependable. The staff is helpful and one can also order for home delivery.
