★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy shop is located in Tollygunge phari and is easily visible from a moving vehicle in normal traffic. They sell contraceptives, health equipments, ointments, syrups, skin care products, toiletries etc.
They offer 20 percent discount on medicines. It is very crowded and staff is extremely slow.
There is another shop located beside this shop called "Heartline". #medicalshop #medicineshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the WORST medicine shops I have ever visited. The staff is very ill behaved and each one of them think themselves as the owner. They misbehave with customers. For their misbehaviour I have shifted to online medicine suppliers like Pharmeasy and Netmeds. Try these online services and I am sure you will never visit this outlet again. The staff here is always busy on their mobile or chat with each other. The customers have to wait for long time even hours to get their medicine. If you ever try to return or exchange a medicine, they behave with you like beggars. PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor attitude of staffs. No salesmanship. Specially the Tollygunge fari outlet has horrible sales staff. I used to be a regular customer here but their behaviour and attitude have forced me to stop buying medicines from them.
