★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting hospital don't ever admit any of your family member here who's life is precious for you but not for them. This is not lifeline hospital but hostipal that makes money of your and your loved ones life.
Unprofessional staff. Doctor's here have very lade back attitude. They do no follow up when your patient is admitted here. This is hotel with check-in and check-out time.
They take lakhs of rupees but service is worst than a government hospital. I wish I wouldn't have admitted my mother in low here.
I request you guys don't make this mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hospital I have ever seen ... Staff is very rude and unprofessional.They really don't care about their patient and only interested to make money. Doctors are also 3rd grade jhola chaap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not take your loved ones to this hospital, you will find many other better hospitals with better doctors which might end up being the difference between life and death of your loved ones. Their life is not worth a gamble. Absolutely terrible and outright disgusting. No proper facilities for families of the patients waiting, uncomfortable seating and disgusting toilets and sinks , don't seem to be cleaned on a daily basis either. Please save yourself the trauma and hurt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls be aware of this Hospital called Cheaters one of my worst experience looted money like anything & had given life threatened results to my Mom health kept saying that she is recovering.I had to admit my Mom in KEM Hospital in Critical Conditions where the Doctors informed me why you are 4 days late after CT Scan report as this Hospitals were making money till that time. Now my Mom is Out of Danger in KEM Hospital which is a Government Hospital where of this Private Hospitals had made the Patients in Critical Conditions & then said we are helpless can't do anything pls transfer somewhere else after 4 days of CT Scan report as they informed they don't have such medical facilities you approach to higher Hospitals.Pls be aware of this Fraduent Hospitals never know they can take patients life. Staff are very rude specially a RMO called Dr.Amir if asked about patient health twice in a day he is so rude that as if I had asked him his wife's number. Pls Mumbaikars be aware. Jai Shree Ram?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am going to file a complain. RMO appointed is BAMS and BHMS, Hospital runing and CIvil Changes and work going on. Behind Beds there is canteen area. Joke of medical treatment. real pathetic situation across hospital

This is my very bad personal experience which I have gone through…
1. They have another branch in Bhayander where general people can get treatment through Rajiv Gandhi yojana .. And my mom was hospitalised in that hospital for angioplasty treatment.. on the same day of treatment Dr came and told that there is water in your mom lungs and we have to shift her in mini ICU for her better treatment and they will charge 15k per day as a bed charges which is not included in Rajiv Gandhi yojana… and they will keep a patient in that room for 1-2 weeks for money.. They are just earning the money from patient emotions.. I mean even normal people can also understand that how Dr did not know that there is water her lungs while doing angiography?
2.Even nurses are illiterate..They don’t even know the meaning of backrest.. When my mom was admitted in mini ICU one nurse was giving a BP dose twice at the same time.. My mom recognised the medicines and stop her to do the same.. later I complained about this to Hospital head..
3.Dr’s attitude is on another level.. They talk with patients relatives like we are in govt hospital.. Dr never explain the patient’s condition to their relatives..
4.They keep patient’s file with themselves.. so patient relative can not read file that which treatments and medicines they are giving to patients..
5. Patient's relative can not stay with patient.. only 2 nurses are running a whole ward who used to come in between to give only medicines to patients .. are you running a hospital or circus? Each and every admitted person is a heart patient.. anything can be happened at any time.. how only 2 nurses can handle the whole ward who used to seat at nurse station and used to play mobile games?
6. Most of the time they ll say these medicines are not available in our chemist which is free for Rajiv Gandhi Yojana.. so you have to buy it from outside..
7. At the time of discharge, they have not given each and every my mother treatment file.. e.g lungs x ray, angioplasty CD, angioplasty surgery graphs..
8. My moms was hospitalised same twice in the same hospital for the same treatment still she was having pain in her chest later we shifted her to another hospital..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors here are extremely unprofessional. Do not understand patients situation. Patient is kept on fast since morning. Operation is supposed to be done at 6 Pm, but the doctor is so unprofessional that he doesn't even turn up till 8 PM. I was told that we will get a single private room but they don't have one. FALSE promises. I would say don't come to the hospital unless you are very happy in life and want to have a taste of frustration. I would never ever come to this hospital. I can also vouch for all those 1 star reviews that they are 100% correct. And those with 5 star reviews seems to have gone somewhere else or they have written false reviews
