★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am horrified at the way the owner has replied to some of the reviews in a public forum. The language used is extremely rude and insulting. She has used personal attack on her reviewers. If this is the way one treats their customers on Google reviews, I am scared of thinking how she behaves with customers in person. If you cant take criticism and customer feedback positively, then you will lose all your customers gradually.

She insists on an advance to the tune of 50% even before she starts her work, and as soon as a customer pays that, she traps them. The customer is left completely at her mercy when it comes to quality, timelines and price. To top it all she behaves very rudely with her customers when challenged. Do not pay her any advance if u have to work with her.

Homelane has also fired this designer for terrible quality of work and customer service. This designer is a money minded lady with no commitment towards work. She will never be able to deliver her services within the committed timeline. She is an extremely shrewd business woman with no value for customer’s time and money.
