★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice and luxury pg for ladies and location of the pg is best everything is available within the 500m of its diameter like KFC, PIZZA HUT, DOMINOS etc medical shops Valens hospital is also there tailoring shops and parlour ,gym, petrol pump, saloon, laundry, restaurant, bakery shops and many more things

1. Neat and clean bathrooms and rooms
2. Food is good and you get sufficient to satisfy your hunger. But sometimes its spicy. Be it veg or non veg u get sufficient food ! There is no compromise in food quality, quantity and taste
3. 24*7 water facility
4. Enough space to keep things and cupboards are big
5. Complete freedom and choice to inmates
6. Commutation is good as u have enough transport facilities and shops near by at a walkable distance including two hospitals and enough of restaurants
7. If any issues with room maintenance they fix it immediately. They don't ignore
Cons:
I had paid. 5000 as advance for single room out of which they said they will refund me the 3000 Rs and 2000 rs will not be given as it is for maintenance. I had to leave the hostel for some emergency and couldn’t inform them in advance . So i told them u can keep the advance and the remaining amount i shall pay. They’re so demanding and rude that they made me pay extra 3500 rs for 7 days ( monthly rent for single room is 14000 so 14000/28= 500)i stayed and denied my advance. They told me its a loss for
them. I dont know how it is a loss for them? because of me my colleagues had joined this hostel seeing the ambience and also the very next day i had some other people checking the room for newly joining this pg. personally to me i felt this is absolutely harsh and They’re very very much biased towards money.
This experience was too pathetic!
They don't have chair inside the rooms! People who do work from home finds hard.
The hot water for bathing is supposed to be available all time. But u can get hot water only after 6:45 am in the morning. People who have to leave for work earlier is tough for them to get ready.
I didn’t exaggerate and i had just shared my experience !
