★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the pathetic place to do shopping from here. Fraud incidents are very common here. Staff is not honest , loyal and trustworthy. You can expect fraudulent activities here anytime. Staff can cheat you by changing tag price on the product, double debiting amount from your credit card, not offering you running discounts on the product. I have been cheated by staff whilet purchasing the products during shopping. The customer care services are worst , it is useless talking with them and telling them your problems. They only reply we apologize for your inconvenience and we will resolve your pbls but nothing happens. It is better to shop from local vendors. In my opinion this place is money and time waste both

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A worst experience at lifestyle Mahagun. Waiting for 2 hours for alteration even though promised that will be ready within 1.15 hours. Horrible experience no value for customers time. Never would like to try same from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been shopping from this store for a while, however, not been very happy. Because of convenient location and nearest to my house, I have ignored the poor services here. However, in a recent encounter, I visited the place in sale season and picked few clothes from Vero Moda section. The offer was 'buy 3 at 40% discount'. SO, after spending my valuable time, I picked 3 outfits and asked the salesman thrice that are these in offer? These can be clubbed in the offer? He assured me 'Yes'. I went for the billing and there was a long queue as they never open all billing counters. Nevertheless, I waited for my turn and when the billing happened, I got 2 on discount of 30%, one was in fresh! I was so agitated and angry because that was a waste of my time and energy. My 1 year old kid was also accompanying me and these guys and store people have no regard for the customer's time and situation. I threw all outfits on the counter and walked away without any purchase. They misguide the customers so that more sales can happen. POOR SERVICE QUALITY and POOR MANAGEMENT.
