Good collection of apparel but the experience was ruined by floor manager Dina Ahire.
Not only is she rude but also refuses to listen to you. She refuses to listen to your grievances, constantly interrupts and overlaps and doesn't come up with any resolution. She used harsh language with me and was also super loud. A guy called Chetan was also of no use. Apparently he was a senior.
Cashiers on women's wear floor were sweet.
I have been a loyal member of lifestyle for 15+years but never did I have such a bitter experience.
At least hire a professional floor manager. A position like floor manager comes with extra responsibilities and hiring a person like Ms. Dina is a waste of resources.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the lifestyle store in Oberoi mall and had a really good buying experience. Soyab assisted us through various brands and helped us in making a decision by showing numerous collections. I ended up buying a Diesel and Fossil watch. Customer service par excellence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good collection of apparel but extremely unprofessional staff at checkout.
It took more time to checkout than to actually shop. The place is good to visit but please pray that you get trained staff while checking out.
We gave something for alteration but even that wasn't delivered on a timely manner. We asked for a member discount and that was also denied. We were very happy with the other staff who showed us the collection but disappointed with the rest of the experience.
