★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very bad experience that having membership I haven't received any discount as it was promised. No OTP system functioning. Don't go for any membership as it does not work here. Not found any support at billing counter as well in Life style R Mall Mulund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done shopping for ₹ 18k in form of 3 billing from Lifestyle R-Mall Mulund. I had a worst billing experience from this store. They didn't give me 1of the bill out of three. Whereas there whatsapp billing shows only 2 bill out of 3. Called customer service for the same they asking me to visit to store to collect the bill. It is strange I have to travell all the way from Vashi to collect the bill. Emailed n number of times customer care but no response. Can anyone help me how to raise this to any relevant govt authority. Lifestyle is doing business without issuing sales bill. I urge all customers visiting this store be ensure you check the WhatsApp billing while being in store only. Otherwise this people with swallow your bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very conveniently located and has good range of clothes with multiple brands under one roof. Collection is updated. The only issue is staff including supervisors can be more professional and polite. All in all a great store to visit.
