You are the one who participated in all cultural activities during Ganesh utsav, Navratri and enjoyed well. Even tough your wife participated in anand nagari and feel joyful during every events. We have all pics available during enjoyment. We all there and no differentiation between tenants and owners. So I personally feel this not like that what you wrote about this apartment. Issues are there in every home and apartment. If you have any personal issue with any individual, you could not mention about apartment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible maintenance - basic amenities like water and power aren't in place. Living here is unpredictable, cost intensive, and an absolute joke.
Every day there's either power issue or water issue, or both (!!) with nobody to take these up with. Irresponsible builders. Irresponsible owners renting these places out at a premium. Avoid at all costs. Doesn't feel like you're living in civilization at all!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Society with all amenities and friendly neighborhood. With an initial period of hardship and technical glitches, many issues are sorted out and some minor ones still to be addressed. Finally, a better apartment surrounded by happening places .

Society is not at all tenant friendly, tenants are treated like they came from some tribal area of lower class. Majority of residents looks came from 1950-60 era. Parking issue is like hell, firstly parking area is not planned. So small lots and approach lane is too narrow to get car in. Even if you park in open area you will be threatened with puncturing tire or police complaint.
Garbage shute is always blocked with stinking garbage, dirty diapers etc.
Most important person in society is watchman, he feels like he is owner of whole society, no sense of speaking with residents.
Many more to describe but cannot write here......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, I am Pankaj residing as flat owner in 'Life Ville' since 3 years now. I feel like family here considering the cultural activities specifically 'Ganesha Festival' and other gatherings. Every society has pros and cons.
Pros:
*New project, Perfect location with pleasant view road touch apartment
*Good connectivity to public transport, this is most important
*Gym well maintained and open to all residents
*Swimming pool well maintained and open to all residents
*Parking area floors B-2, B-1 & G
*Children play area
*Designated water tanks drinking, usage and emergency fire tank
*Family function area
*Educated & professional residents (except 2-3 flats)
*Daily common area and common passage cleaning
*Garbage chute available for easy waste disposal
Cons:
*All PCMC apartments have inadequate water supply in summer which is taken care by water tankers.
*Electricity issue was there due to different feeders, now its resolved.
*Leakage issue in few parking area which is taken care of builder/ proprietor of the project under RERA.
In short, good place to move in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in this society since 2.5 years now. Society prime location and connectivity make it lucrative. Linear garden in front is a cherry on the cake.
Talking about the Society itself, the architecture, flats layout, amenities (All equipped Gym, Swimming pool on upper deck, kids play area with slides and swings, garden sit out area, Pool table) provided and quality of the same is best in class. Few problems regarding maintenance were observed during initial days when committee was yet to be formed.
After committee formation, they have brought all issues under control and management is much better and responsive now.
Overall a peaceful, all equipped and a best in class abode to live in.
