★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The trainer is well trained n not friendly when comes to workout. He wont let you eat anything during his training period. Doesn't allow any supplements and still gives results..i myself lost 6 kg within 2 months. He is trained for special cases as well... PCOD IS ONE OF THEM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Training and guidance are 2 reasons to go. Coach Shikhar is of very high caliber. He know the biomechanics aspect of exercise, how to recover from work out pain. All in all a great Gym and a Great coach.
He help you to make your fitness goal realistic and achivable & makes you explore the hidden potential of your body. I could have never achieved my fitness level without his help.

Soon I'll be joining again this gym!
