Joined him 5 years back and after that never look back as his approach toward the fitness is not monotonous or similar every day he come up with something new style which not only gives the body strength but also help us keep fit and whole day we feel energetic. Lighten is the academy have design the different workout for different age group where child from 2 years till the person 60 years are member. If you looking for something other than regular gym and you want to train your body which have strength, stamina and flexibility LIGHTEN UP is the one stop solution. A holistic approach towards the fitness of body, mind and soul is the main motto of LIGHTEN UP academy. Thanks alot MALAV for giving something unique to JAMNAGAR
