★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They didn’t send anyone to fix it. Had to struggle trying to fix the chandelier I bought from them. And they didn’t send a hook to hang the chandelier. I would not recommend to go there as I will never go there again. Not a great experience. It was a compromise situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and behaviour. Not recommended this place.very high price. No after sales service. They provide 1 year warranty but if any problems occur they will deny it's sold by them even after produce bill copy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good light store. Had lots of options in small place. The collections are very good and unique. It's on the first floor without lift and parking is a real challange in this place. The staff and owner are very good and courteous, they were very patient in showing all the options they had and also explained quite well about the products which they offered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Someone mentioned they charged more, but I didn't pay heed to that review here. They inflate the price and then offer a discount, which I found out later (jp nagr store). The LED light panels for false ceiling that I bought with a bulk of decor lights were more than twice priced ( I didn't check in a hurry) but found out after it was delivered in comparison to other shops lights. When I checked the boxes for price, the price portion was neatly was cut out. Those were local brand lights and not even branded (like philips) which were quoted at 900 with 25% discount, while the local ones with the same specs were offered at max of 400. I don't mind paying higher price for quality products, but never ever buy from cheating vendors. The decor lights pricing were ok, but now I doubt even if those were charged to me in a similar way.

They sell some cheap quality surface lights by name THEON, which is equivalent to some roadside materials. Staff will be courteous till you purchase items. Post that, their behaviour will be horrible. Its my personal experience. "AVOID THIS PLACE"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give -1 star, I would have. When they sell something, they are very welcoming. I brought 2 LED lights from them and told them that the lights might be small for the display that I needed them for. They told me that I can come and return them the lights if there's any problem. I called them to inform that the lights were indeed smaller than what I wanted and wanted to return them. The very next day, I went, the owner was not there and the other members asked me to return the lights and to call the owner the very next morning and said that he will return me my money. When I called him, he refused to return me the money and is now saying that there is a no return policy and even his workers are saying that they never said that they will return me my money. Now my money is stuck with them and they have their product back at their store. Horrible customer service. Extremely horrible.
