★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst food in entire area is served here only, you can found mouse dancing on your chest in night, bitten my five clothes, only daal and served is served for whole week, trust me you'll start hatingdaalh it is that baaf.
Suggestion: don't even think to come here.
Those who are commenting good are actually liars, please avoid at any cost

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only three or four days a week,you will receive good food. I eat first time Low quality Pasta here. Come and check food only Monday and thursday.There are Bugs in the mattress.. If your coaching is in mukherjee nagar no need to visit here almost 1.5km from here. .
Beaware of false reviews.

I visited here today to stay for my preparations of SSC CGL. I saw very positive reviews about it in internet so I visited there. It is about a Km away from Batra.
There were two types of rooms, first proper brick and mortar rooms and second were wood cabins(not proper rooms cause they were made by partitioning the hall by plywood). The size of both single and double rooms was much smaller than other Pgs. Also cleanliness was not good. So I think it is very overrated in the internet. If you do some research, you'll get a decent Pg in this price range.

But They will Charge 6500/month + 2000 security Charge..illegal work, weed smokers area, locality of thieves, personally I would like to say serious student don't come here.. You can see room on rent Nehru Vihar, Gandhi Vihar, Sangam Vihar, Sant Nagar, Wazirabad..

2. Fully crowded area. i seen that till 1 p.m. there is very noice because, i seen that it is adjacent to the road.(Only Sound of croud, not sound of vehicles.)
3. Washrooms are very bad. (No cleaning)
For more info please visit at any time to check the status of these three issues.
If Your need is only study then i can not recommend it.
Price = Total ₹6500 (no other charges)
Food including in it.
I stayed only five days here. Talked to the students living here also having issue.
