Two days back she went to lilac boutique with the hope that they are professional but unfortunately they are totally irresponsible and unprofessional
They rudely cut the new saree and behave unprofessionally.
I was astonished when I saw the saree .
I never recommend anyone to visit lilac boutique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience..owner of the boutique Mrs Sangeeta Singh cut my saree in place of blouse and blaming me for the fault and put stitches in between the saree by saying it will be managed,but it is totally showing through in any way, how hard I want to manage . money was totally wasted.after that she also charged for blouse stitching in place of refund of my money.funny fact was even after all this she was not sorry at all.horrible experience..wanted to give zero star if possible.will never go again.

1. How can they cut sari while cutting blouse..where is their expertise?
2. Where is business ethics of the boutique owner..first they ruined clients cloths and 2nd they even charged..WOW..
@ Mrinalini: If I were you I would have dragged this case to consumer court..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been the customer of this store since a long while now, and you gain loyal customers only by your efforts which you put in service. I have never had any complain or issues till date.
Mistakes only happen by service providers when your intervention as a customer is more than what's required and then you end up blaming someone's day and night struggle with defaming words is completely wrong and unsophisticated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how this lady Mrinalini Sinha is completely blaming the owner for this fault while she herself was present and involved in what happened with her saree. She too was holding the saree while it was being cut. I was present there and I think it's very inhumane to shame someone's precious time and defame their work in this manner. This boutique have provided service for thousands of people till date but no one has misbehaved in this manner till now.

Did customer came and asked to cut sari from where she was holding? Or did the experienced team of this boutique asked her to hold??
You were there as customer or a staff of boutique..because I need to know your reaction when same thing would have happened with one of your expensive sari.
If customer has expertise in stitching herself..why at the first place she will visit your store..
Height is she was even charged for boutique's carelessness..
Do not support blind folded..Mrinalini had posted the proof..
