★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came here based on the reviews on Google. I decided to choose this place rather than some more luxury looking one based solely off the reviews. I haven’t cut my hair in years-I am very very particular about how my long hair is shaped and I showed the lady (I am not sure of her name-she was a very fair Nepal looking woman) a video to make sure she understood exactly how I wanted my haircut. I told her very clearly I wanted to keep my long length and still be able to put my hair in a high pony. The aftermath of the haircut was disastrous and I am very deeply depressed whenever I see myself in the mirror now, and it will take months if not years for me to completely grow it out to my normal length again. I am not one to leave reviews like this but her, being a professional, and acting overly confident that it will look fine, and it ending up looking like a 10 year old chopped my hair, she kept trying to make excuses that it will look better with a different kind of styling and that I shouldn’t worry. Anyone who sees my hair will ask “who in the world cut your hair?” I don’t want to not acknowledge all the hard work all the girls at this salon did-everyone is very nice and hard working-but I am not coming for polite behavior..I am coming for quality work-and with my haircut-she completely missed. I could have watched a YouTube video and cut it better myself. Lilli the owner was kind to understand a mistake had happened by this worker and lessened the price, which was a proper way to handle this blunder-but I will have to live with this for who knows how long. Your hair makes your entire appearance, and for the first time in my life I hate hate my hair. I can’t style it, I can’t put it in a pony tail, it is simply awful..and brings tears to my eyes thinking about what she did. On the other hand, Lilli did my waxing and eyebrows and did a great job..I will give credit where credit is deserved. The other girls did my moms simple cut, waxing, pedi/mani, and color- and she was satisfied with her results. But I wanted to leave an honest review because as consumers we rely so much on them, and whoever reading can make their own judgment call for what’s right for them.
