When I complained about it, the staff didn't even bother to acknowledge the mistake and was constantly giving some lame excuses for it... They charged me the whole amount inspite of hurting me ... I would never go back to this worse parlour again and suggest that nobody should visit it unless you want yourself to be hurt or harmed physically and economically....

First when we entered the staff had no courtesy to adress us. They were all busy with their phones. None of them knew the exact offer which was displayed outside.
Coming to the product I would suggest please be careful as to which product is being used on your skin. I believe they should explain it first to the customer. I did a hand wax and all I got were boils on my hand. I was told it is normal. How the hell is it normal when I regularly wax?
Highly disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner don’t treat customers nicely, she is very arrogant and services are totally not worth like cleanups and waxing. Also there are extra charges for sanitation services 10% which they force customers to pay. Cleanses should be their responsibility which they should pay and assure their customers to visit during COVID-19 but she tries to force me to pay that money which her assistant didn’t mention me earlier. Also she was insulting me. I must say after my experience that this is poor parlour.
