★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought 3 mobile phones from this shop. Yesterday went to the shop at night to enquiry about a phone.a boy in the counter had given me information and said phone is not available. And asked to take another phone as alternative. Was interested about the phone and was asking features of the phone. Then a kady was sitting near the door started to tell the features. Suddenly she started to talk to someone and forgot about the diacussion. Was standing a a long time. Suddenly she realised i was standing for the information and she said to wait. Later once she finished her talking she gave me the information. Just to ask why a customer has to wait .wait might be a valid reason but here she started talking her shop people. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mobile store is near my house, and the biggest of the all local mobile stores in the locality. But not biggest by there customer service. When to buy a budget phone, I prefer buying online, but due to urgency I had to this offline store. First of all, knowing the budget, they judged us, which is terrible, and that should not happen, they boot lick the customers who buy expensive items and can be easily bluffed on. Carrying forward to my incident, I got a phone, so I enquired about the specs, which is an obvious thing, and the salesperson should know what thing he is gonna sell, he just says to go through the back of the box, I said that back of the box doesn't show you the architecture of the processor, he said what's there in an architecture for a budget phone, I figured things out myself and asked for the price, and bargained as it was available online at much cheaper price. He went to his senior and I overheard the conversation, when he came back, he hiked the price 200 Rupees more, I confronted him that I overheard there conversation, he told the actual price in a frustrated way. All this happened, then comes a lady, forcing me to get a Vodafone sim card and telling why shouldn't I get Jio sim card, literally bashing me for not buying it and saying that I am missing this opportunity. As they understood this customer is the they can't fool, there customer service went poor. They atlast asked for a sim card to activate the phone. I said, a phone can run without a sim card, but they forced to put a sim card to activate, and they didn't explain to me why was it needed, and the lady reacted annoyingly everytime I asked. Out of hurry I game my own sim card and told her to do whatever is needed. Then when she was done , again I asked the reason, she was frustrated with this question and didn't wanted to answer. At last the first man replied the reason being they need to register that phone as they have sold it to a customer, I thought of getting into detail if this, as I didn't got why my sim card was required as we can run a phone without sim card and can be used without using a sim card in its entire lifetime. I just stopped as I knew these morons only know money, and mug up the technology part. Better are the Online market experience where there's no hustle, know customer dissatisfaction and transparency without biasness.
I would say better go to the store next to Lime Light they are a good competition to them, but being a small store they are a little limited but better customer hospitality.
Would have given 1 star but the algorithm would have pushed this review down.

You can avail mobiles, mobile accessories - screen guards, mobile back covers and all sorts of 5D, 8D tempered glasses.
