★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Internet service I have ever used. They don't respond to any call or message. Very unprofessional staff. Every day or two internet has issues. They don't even bother if customer has to suffer due to their fluctuating service. Pathetic

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, they don't pick calls and if they pick also they will speak rudely. Mostly if internet goes down it will remain down for minimum 2 days. Online complaint booking facility is there, but no one bother to check that as complaint pending open since years. No escalation matrix on portal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No service response, and year back net used to go with power. So I stopped using since its down most of the time. I have power backup but they have router at rooftop which stops and internet depends upon power at there and your building. Internet days is 30 not 1 month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been using this for years, but when I went for upgraded speed this year, and as usual had paid the money upfront for yearly pack. But it's been 6 months no internet service, delayed response, call avoidance....
I had then requested to stop the service as no connection was provided, now 2 months since, still visiting their office everyweek for refund, but they say it will be done soon.but avoids all call for any progress inquiry. I mean atleast don't cheat with people's hard earned money.
