I was assigned a property manager Ms.Manali Pingale and she has been my one stop shop for all queries and concerns. She has also adhered to all timelines she has committed. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got registered with Lisa Home recently for renting out my flat in Pune and I must say the decision was correct. From the point if contacting them within a month all formalities were completed including the tenant moving him. Really impressed with the professional approach and agility exhibited. Want to specifically mention about Parul Bissa and Mrigank in the team who are always proactive and informative in their interaction with me.
Looking forward to this long term association with Lisa Home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional team, you will get mad chasing them for response. I started living in 2019 but still they are asking for the pending rent before 2019 for which other girls are responsible. They are not returning the deposit also and deducted the entire amount as pending rent which is due on some other girl. Also we have been repeatedly highlighting that the house needs painting, is in a very poor condition, we shower it to the lisa executive also who visited us. But at the time of check out, they put entire blame on the girls for the house condition..the painting and plumbing. And deducted entire amount from our deposit of 60k.They take so much time to revert, and keep on shifting responsibilities to other people within the team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lisa home solutions has been managing my property in Pune since 2009. Since then they have been providing varieties of services, like managing tenancy, inspections, repairs and assisting with paying utility bills, society maintenance and property taxes. I am fully satisfied with their management service and I am glad that LHS has been beside me all these years I am away.
Last year I tasked them to broker selling my property and LHS did an amazing job. It is a tough job brokering a deal, when the owner is away and is an OCI. LHS team took care of all the frustrating work and kept supporting me in managing the purchaser, arranging the POA drafts, the mortgaging bank, the lawyer, the accountant, registrations, sale deed, satisfying the society and so on, and all of that in the midst of the pandemic!
I would especially like to recognize and appreciate Ms. Swati Sinha for her relentless work, going above and beyond her regular duties and working hours to support me in this transaction. In spite of the ups and downs in this process she remained polite, courteous and kept her cool. She is an asset to the LHS team. All the best and my sincere thanks to her and all others in the LHS who have been instrumental behind the scene.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I engaged with Lisa Homes for a period of 4 years and I have seen this company's service going from good to bad to worse in last 4 years. I am an NRI and I engaged Lisa Homes to manage my property. They started doing great work and I was happy with them initially. However then the issues started.
1. Untimely rent payment: They don't pay you your rent back on time. It will happen every month. You will have to chase them for this and they will keep repeating the same excuses every month. There was a time when they didn't pay me rent for 3 months back to back.
2. Extremely unprofessional: They will never ever revert to your emails, messages, phone calls. They have their own weird way of working which is extremely unprofessional. You will keep chasing them for updates and they will not revert. You will feel extremely powerless specially if you are abroad. I was so frustrated that I emailed their CEO however I didn't get a single response. It looks like poor professionalism starts from very top in this organization.
3. No one accountable: They will claim that you will get a property manager who will be a phone call away however in my 4 years this never happened. Their employees resign so very often that there is no point storing anyone's name or number. You will call them and you will get to know that the person has resigned.
4. Very poor on ground presence: They have a very weak on ground presence. If you want them to organize a property inspection, then it will take months.
I don't know about the experience of other people however I terminated my contract with Lisa Homes at very bad terms and I was out of patience with these guys. These guys didn't even refund the portion of security deposit that they held and I didn't bother chasing them as it would have been a waste of time.
