★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude lady .. she was charging me a 550 rs for only stiching a kurti without lining. I said its unfair to charge so much for a kurti without lining , there she started talking very rudely in front of other customer as well.
I have seen these boutiques charge exorbitant and if you ask them they retort to pressurizing tactics of showing poor attitude and rude comments.
And she is definitely one of them. Go if you are ready to pay whatever rubbish they ask .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this Botique initially for alterations for testing the nature of work so that we could assess if bigger projects can be given.
To our utter dismay, our work wasn’t taken seriously, we were treated very rudely in front of other customers multiple times, no clarity on pricing was given initially despite we asking for it and later exorbitant prices were charged, she keeps your stuff till the end moment and if you don’t follow up it will keep lying there for more than a month. My sisters kurti hasn’t been returned for over a month and she had to take back unstitched Kurtis because it wasn’t stitched for over a month. She doesn’t event know where it is. We have visited there thrice to collect it but were sent back without it.
When I went to collect a piece after a week the owner was frustrated because she thought I pushed her to complete the work in two days which was never the case. She said some mean things in front of other customers and I had to resend her the old messages to clarify things. I gave her the benefit of doubt and went again for some minor alterations but I guess this work was too small for them. Would have appreciated if they would have simply denied rather than treating me and my sister like this.
Very fancy looking shop but doesn’t seem like they want any new customers or customer experience is of any value to them. The staff is more friendly than the owner. The owner and the head tailor asked me to pay 400 rs per piece for altering multiple Kurtis.
I’m never going there again and I don’t think that anyone with even a little self respect would want to go there.

She does not know how to treat customers, she doesn't fulfill her commitments, then she points that the customer has given wrong dates, she attached sleeves for a sleeveless blouse and then says that the customer told so! She takes 2 weeks for basic alterations and still doesn't do it!! She thinks herself to be at par with retail stores and says that will not refund money for services not provided and will give credit notes after calling the customer bad!!
Who calls the customers bad!!! We had to end up leaving our hard earned money with her and she had no guilt about it.
Please do not visit!!!!
