★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience...lit saloon is only good for men's I guess...they spoiled my hairs by using a dark shade ....they have no knowledge of colours...on nanoplasty treatment hairs they used normal shampoo without informing..very very unprofessional...strictly no ...bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found LIT salon online and thought of giving it a try. The services were REALLY good. Had a good hair spa session with Kapil along with the haircut of my choice. Pooja did a very good job with the eyebrow threading and manicure pedicure.
In short, my sister and I had a good 4 hours in the salon.
Do visit if you want a good service and a good ambience with a friendly group of people. ?

The owner was quite engaging in the conversation I did not feel that it was boring. Hospitality was great too. Asked me for tea coffee and food as well. Overall a wonderful place to relax and pamper yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been into the salon for me and my son's haircut and hair colour for me. I was really disappointed as my hair colour was not done properly as there were white hair visible (attached photo ) and also my sons haircut it was not proper.
Moreover I was there with my son 4 years old and of course you will not expect them to sit quiet or be at one place.
This people were like we are getting disturbed because of my kid and was like of giving angry looks to him, instead of making him feel comfortable.... if that is the case you should not say that this is a family salon better to have only adults in the salon.
I really went to the salon on the reviews and ratings however I find this reviews and ratings could be fake as this is something that is easily manipulated.
Anyways this is my personal experience at so-called lit salon no matter how good interior you have it is customer service and how you make customer feel happy.
