This PR fed place needs call operators and better customer management from 24 year olds. Age isn’t the point. Behaviour is. No matter how good you are; you won’t last if you don’t care for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't even give it one star. I am reviewing this based on their unprofessionalism. No matter how busy one person is, if you want to engage in business, professionalism is a must which was lacking here. The owner was apparently "very busy" due to the wedding season. Even after repeated calls and messages, the owner didn't call back. When finally she answered, and after I expressed my urgency to get an appointment for the next day for haircut, I was told to wait as she had to check her schedule and she would do the same after running some errands. There was no resonse that day or the day after. Pathetic customer relation.

First I could not get through as the owner was not available to take appointments or take calls.That was a bit unprofessional at first.
But then I decided to visit the salon myself. And wow what a interior ! Love the design and look of the vintage salon !
The haircut was good and service was commendable!
And the pricing is decent enough.
Good place if ur looking for a trendy haircut.you won't seem to regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked Tejal for my makeup and hair for my wedding day. And I am thrilled till date about the stellar job she did! ?
The make up ideas were fresh and creative. Tejal knows what she is doing! She was available to talk, discuss and listen to what I wanted and then helped me put together the ideas for my look.
Love an artist who listens and is open to understanding what the client wants!
She even made sure she gets my choice of flowers for the hair. She suggested the duppatta draping which suited me better and her make up looked natural and stayed throughout.
I got insane number of compliments, and I still keep getting them for my wedding look.
I will recommend her to anyone and everyone!
A little trust on her expertise and a green signal to experiment gave me this look:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horribly dissastified with hair colorist and even owner who knows and keeps such people and not even stays to guide.
The hair stylist was too self obsessed telling her sob story of how colour damaged her hair before engagement and should not be done.She did wrong placement of streaks and very light colour and kept for very less time because end result is I cannot even spot tinge of colour from my own mirror. I was categorically telling her that this is where I need the strand colour but she just refused to listen and just spoilt my money and time.
