★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sales girl who dealt with me was absolutely pathetic. Yesterday I had purchased in the Mani Square Mall, Kolkata outlet. I repeatedly told her to give me 28 number shoes for my kid. She insisted that it's too big and deliberately packed 27 which is a size small. The collection was so nice, I thought of going there again but due to this unethical behaviour of the staff, I will not visit the store. U please get it exchanged by sending me the size at I wanted at my home, as it is totally a deliberate act of the sales girl.
This was my complain and immediately I received a call from the store manager. He was extremely polite and exchanged the shoes within a couple of hours. I must say the store manager"s behaviour and customer service are praiseworthy.
