I Went there to buy toy my only mistake is i trusted and didn't test the toy and used the toy after a week and called them patiently to explain that this is the issue. But rather than being polite she argued that she didn't give toy without testing and was very rough and rude on call. I didn't expect 100 percent replacement but expected some courtesy and they are very very bad and disconnected the call. And their price is not different than other shop. Then why buy from people who are not courteous and know no customer service. And quality of toy is not good.
