★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing after- sale service. Raised a complaint one month back and it is still pending. We are living in Kohat Enclave and purchased a recliner from them but from the very first day it is having one or the other problem and these people are not sending anybody to look into the problem. At the time of payment they committed a 5 yrs warranty but their product and after-sale service is really awful.
