★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied by quality and service.paid rs.2700 in advance with a demand of less cream and more sponge theme cake and at 7 pm sharp.but cake was full of cream and less sponge,also the edible colours were mixed in much quantity due to which the stains remained on hands and mouth.delivery received at 8:30.pm..very pathetic service and quality..total waste of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't order cake from here. Worst service at all. They take our order and prepare cake as they want. Flavours also they use as they want. Then what is the use of placing order. And the staff and owner is so rude to the customers if we complaint of shape or taste. They directly tell you to cancel order at time. No manners at all. Owner ko kis bat ka ghamand h pata n . Service to ghatiya h. These people spoiled my daughter's birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever order cake from this shop. We ordered a 6 Kg cake for my son's birthday. Time to deliver is 7:30pm to 8:00pm. He delivered at 9:45pm, can you believe.
He has no professionalism and shame even after this.
He came to deliver in a almost open box and on two wheeler.
I can again suggest, never ever order cake from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic service n pathetic taste. I ordered my daughter 1st bday cake. They made commitments while taking order, but on delivery day said can't make this flavour ,can't make this fondant etc. Last moment everything changed on cake. Nor the cake was weighing right amount of kg. They fooled us by giving 1200 gm cake instead of 2kg.
Told to keep ready at 5. But they gave at 6:30 . Wasted 45 min in searching a box for the cake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a 1kg cake at 6:45 and they told the cake would be ready in 15 minutes but it took around 45 min he was beating his employees like anything and telling us pervy things while the cake was being made. Pathetic shop worst owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. i ordered a cake to be ready by 10pm but when I called i was told it will take one more hour.. it was not ready on time at all.. i asked for kitkat shape but finishing was not at all good... Even the test was nothing like kitkat.. westage of money.
