★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficult to get service. This solar inverter stops when in good sunlight.This is a big issue.Service is only in dreams.Waste of money in investment in such unprofessional players.you will have very bad experience if you use their inverter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor support we have send the pump controller for service more than 4 months there is no reply, if we ask they say under testing, since day 1 there is a problems, 4 times we send the unit for service in 1 . 5 years time, be careful for Choosing this products, we called 1000 times, send text messages, no reply,,, we plan to file a complient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know, Still how many days ur going to run a company, ? Bought 3 solar pump controllers, failure within 1week.. Accepted for refund also.. 1year gone, still refund not happen..lot of ways available for making money... Don't spoil the solar industry in the name of made in India

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company I have ever dealt with. False promises made. I bought two solar pump controllers and they failed twice. First time it took lot of follow ups to get them back. Second time they failed again and this company doesn't even know what customer service is. I had to buy new controllers and install. Loss of money loss of credibility. And on top of that they don't even care. Never buy product from this company.
Even I have the whats app chat lets show it to the entire consumers. Lets check our credibility. This is an IIT Bombay alumni requesting all the people who are looking for LIVINT products never ever buy from them. I am technical guy and the products don't even last for few months. And BTW the owner has mentioned here that we have been using the products for more than a year. I have invoices which are way less than a year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a couple of 5hp controllers from Livint. The latest model works quite well. the simple plug and play makes it easy to install and their performance is very good. Support through whatsapp video was quite good. small hitch is their controller takes 2 minutes to start but doesnt say so in the display so it gets confusing. Livint has promised to fix that. But otherwise its all very good
