Very poor and unprofessional company and uneducated employees "i purchase water purifier for home use Name is "touchuv" afterthat installation person told me your water pH level very high you need RO+UV and I raised complaint and ticket also return pickup was done by delivery team and LIVPUR send me same product again and YHA SUNNE WALA KOI NAHI HAI

my Name is Ragini Chandra, I have installed livpure smart Ro in the month of feb 13th they promised me that there is a offer that you will get 1 month free you don't have to recharge, after a month i got msg that Ro is stop working becz of NO Payment , tried many times to reach out to customer care number to ask these things to them and find my solutions but i felt to reach out to them as they are not responding on calls , even i tried to longlined in by app but there app is pathetic its says my email id and mob num is not register although i m getting msg regarding payment on my mob number and emails. this is how you guys are promised for best service ? since 5 days me and family suffering for water. kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible , i have also paid my security money , i will lost my money and time both for this RO.

The worst RO product! & the worst customer service. They don't deserve even 1 star. I had to place multiple service requests in the 1st year of installation. They changed the filter candle saying it got blocked because of bad tank water while such thing never happened to other residents of same building. I had to face low water output, poor taste, bad smell, white sediments, leakage, unidentified alarms on the system throughout the year. Now when I call to file a service request, my number is no more a registered customer in their database. Just horrible!!

Most 3rd class service... Every month water teste has been changed.. Customer care not takeing call.. Local engineer said parts is not available.. You are taken 525/- per month from me & i need to buy 3-4 20L water extra bottles extra.. Which cost approx 200/-.. So my total cost is - 725/-

How come livpure has got 4.3 starts. Worst experience worst service. They have only spent on brand ambassador not on product quality and service. Poor is the word for the people who have joined in this company. People who come for service say that company use used membrane and local products. In fifteen days, company has changed Ro membrane 3 times and different parts but RO has not worked for even 1 day. So many bad reviews still rating is 4.3, I am failing to understand. 0 stars should be given.

Very poor services for RO water purifier. I recently applied for livepure RO on rent. It had been more than 10 days since they couldn't install the product. It may take you days to get through the customer support. I have now been waiting for my refund to be processed.

Hopeless . Paid money on 25 March ( 8 days back ) and machine is not working . They gave me a faulty / old machine , which is not working . Have been running after them for last 8 days to get the water supply running but nothing . They have installed the faulty machine and it’s not working . Have to call them 4 to 5 times a day . You get the same reply - that it will be functional today but by nothing happens . They start billing cycle once you pay them . So I am paying them also without getting any water supply . The nozzle of the machine looks old and damaged . I think they are providing old machines. Better to buy new machine and get it installed , rather than going for rental payment plan .

They are cheaters. I bought new RO water purifier and it’s stopped working within 4 months of purchase. After raising a complaint, executive from service centre replaced it. Again after 4 months, it stopped working. They are now demanding for service charge as well as filter cost, while the product is under warranty. Fail to understand the meaning of one year warranty. I will never buy or recommend this company to any one in future.
