execution process was all clear so I preferred to go with Livspace.
The conversations with the designer and the project manager were wonderful and
very easy. It was also very easy to communicate with all the teams. The project
manager too was very cooperative.
The kitchen was nicely done. The entire kitchen has a nice design. Overall, I had a
nice experience with Livspace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They charged me 90,000 for this tv unit and only unit( no lights etc) The quality is pathetic. The designer don't pick your calls. They take money before delivery ,because they know that their quality is so poor, people will not pay.
The people who comes are not skilled, you will finalise something else and something else will be installed. They will leave a mess and will make your walls and house dirty.
Totally unprofessional company . I request every one to look what you get for 90k . Any online TV unit worth 20k is better than their quality. Please avoid such companies. Give your work to local based agencies. Liv space is just about advertisement and they do not have any good collection of wallpaper or interior technique.
Their incharges will call and lire you with discount as 60 percent etc. Don't fall for that
Poor execution,poor design. The Google review of 4.7 is when you go visit there centre, their people will request you there itself to rate them good. Bogus

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for someone to get the interiors done for my home. One of my friends who got his interiors done, referred me to Livspace. So, through my friend, I got in touch with Livspace and decided to go ahead. The experience with the design team was great. The execution took a few days extra than we anticipated to get the finishing done. They did well in all the areas. Initially they missed out on adding one thing which was corrected later. The installation team came in and did an amazing job with assembling the things within just 3-4 days. Overall I would say the experience was great. Even though execution took a few days extra, the installations turned out beautiful and I was very much satisfied with the finishing look.
I would advise Livspace to train their execution team to take up suggestions from the customer while installing. They were highly professional and did everything under the guidance of the operations team. But we had a few suggestions with how we want it placed. I want them to do better by taking up suggestions and interacting with the customers.
The best part about Livspace is the huge catalog of designs they offer. The materials, the color palette and the pieces were unique and complemented each other. The design team also did a great job in putting the best design for us according to our space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor designing, no inputs. Expensive. Do not respond on time. Execution is pathetic. Look ate pics. Poor painting, poor fan installation, wardrobe cabinets rubbing against each other. And they broke my kitchen tile which is a nightmare now to be changed. They got stuffed delivered and left it unattended. The execution team doesn't know what came in order and design team places incomplete orders. From the last 1 month I am waiting for 4 rooms final coat, extra points to be closed or covered. and handles installation of wardrobes. They did the final paint without closing or covering the points. I went gave 10 action items, I come back and see nothing done in 20 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got to know about Livspace through word of mouth. It was through my dad’s friend. The experience with the operations and the execution team was good. The installations were extremely quick. I was very satisfied with it. They made sure we had a hassle-free execution. The only issue we faced was with the architect and the project manager. Otherwise, we received regular updates with the progress. My experience with the design team was not great. We had to rectify a few mistakes the team made to make sure everything was perfect. The architect made a few mistakes while taking the measurements and we had to cross check them. The people who came to take the measurement took wrong readings twice and we had to intervene to make sure that the measurements were accurate. If this would have been avoided, it would have saved us time and the trouble. It was fixed later but we had to do a lot of footwork. I would advise Livspace to double check while taking measurements. Apart from that, all other aspects are good.
The thing I loved the most about Livspace was their installation process. I visited their Experience Center and it was very good. The Experience Center is well made and the samples there were also accurate to the real execution they deliver. Everything was executed on time and there was no delay. The best part of Livspace is the great quality products they use.
