★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a huge complex with spacious flats and definitely good people. Two things that I found to be a bit of a downer are:
1. to reach the buildings, one needs to walk quite a large distance on a slope. It is easier to access with a vehicle. A staircase or an elevator to reach the building entrances would’ve been better.
2. The society isn’t friendly to strays because they they are inconvenienced by their excreta. A simpler approach would be to train those dogs to poop in dedicated places while teaching them to guard the place. It’ll be a win win for both parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The road to reach this building is like hell and if rains ,be prepared for any kind of dirt.lot of trucks parking and movement in the area.
The flats are good and view is also good, only problem is accessibility to hospital,mall,even normal shop and other necessary facilities are not available.
Power cut almost every day at unpredictable time and situations

Power cuts are often and for a long time (more than 4 hours).
No shops and basic amenities nearby.
The tenants are treated poorly by the management and owners residing.
No much food or grocery delivery option.
Very remote area and non-safe outside the society.
Construction work of few blocks going on and so a lot of noise will hit your ears.
Even though available for less rent, it is not worth for a peaceful stay.
Club house, park and other amenities are not handed over to people (so no use of them for now).
I should have checked for Google reviews before making an agreement.

Cons :
× Water shortage
× Power cuts
× Pvc pipe Leakage issue in duct area
× Mosquitoes even in day light
× No nearby grocery shops
× Plumbing is not good flush stop working.
× Only 1 internet provider and they don't allow anyone else to give service to residents.
× Gym, Swimming pool is not going to open anytime soon as socities don't want to take handover from builder.
× RO purifier does not work you need to buy a gallon as most of the fields depend on tanker water.
× At last spending 50+ lac and getting rent like 8500 to 10000max and above that giving 2000+ maintenance is a bad deal.
× You will shocked to see new security guard in every 15days as society don't pay their salary on time.
Pros :
× Renting is cheap 1bhk starts from 8500 per month.
× Cleanliness is good
× Security is good
× Ample of parking space
The rent is cheap here coz if you stay here once initiatially you will love the place as soon as you spend month you will realise the electric sockets are not good walls are leaked or drainage pipes are blocked multiple complaints raised by owners but no action is been taken.
At last don't go for beautification of the project you will spend most of your time inside room and rooms have multiple issues which is difficult to digest after spending 50+ lac and without all recreation facilities which will increase the cost of maintenance if they ever starts.
Buy at your own risk Rent it before you own it you will feel the pain I took staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good flats from inside. Good gymnasium, mini-theatre facilities (under construction right now). But the emergency exit width at the entrance of staircase is very narrow. Also, the overall place is very isolated. Gives the feel of an island, once inside. Otherwise construction quality seems very good. May be good for near future investment.
