I live here in a 2BHK flat and trust me after a hard day's office, all you need is a quiet place. Its away from the hustle and bustle of the city,good transportation and connectivity and its own supermarket, Mall, and hospital. Huge amount of facilities for every aspect of your life.

Still this is surrounded by Monopoly mindset ...
Problem is corruption... Future of casa rio is bleak...no comparison with cities like bangalore or noida ..
