★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never expected this from a brand like Lodha, using the pandemic to fool people the new possession date is November 2021 whereas the original date was July 2020 even if the pandemic caused it the delay should not be more the 6 months. Extending it by 18 months is a shameful exploitation of the buyers.
Update the new possession date is April 2022

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extending timelines from commited possession date is what LODHA does it very effectively. they will tell you you will get possession in just one year of buying .After you buy ,they will show true colour. Now it's already 3 year they just gave date. Updated posession date is April 2022. Hopefully that will be last time lodha is extending timelines.
They just start new project every month but don't care about the promises they made to their customers who already bought flat in there buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awaiting possession..possession date as per agreement was July 2020 but still no possession given.
Since July-2019 they took all slab money in advance.. but still since last 2 years only Internal work is going on is what they are mentioning..
Being a middle class this really affects finalacially as EMI is already started, Rent we still need to pay even after owning my own house that you when you completely paid for it, also everyone know how COVID affected payments..
No response from Lodha group.. they are just delaying possession dates.. now they changed date from Nov-2021 to Apr-2022..
Really disappointed after booking a home with Lodha group..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lodha ahould be ashamed.. They took full payment in July/ August 2019 and promised possession date of July 2020. Since then in the name of lockdown they are extending the timeline. First they said November 2021. Now its April 2022. Due to work of home I am able to work from a different city. But once it stops will have to rent out which means will have to pay both rent and Emi!! Inspite of buying my own house and paying full for it.. I don't have a place in Mumbai... Shame on you Lodha... Lodha is not even paying fine for extending the deadline...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the project having brand name Lodha, the sales representative head like Neeraj Mishra have no values and know how to respect customer. They have not given position yet to older customers and out right selling new apartments to new customer. They should work on providing position to the present customer base rather than working on new buildings just to collect money.
