★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's just under the blanket of Lodha, Location wise it's very Far from nearest Railway station that is Dombivli better to opt for Dosti Shil phata or near shil phata or in palava phase 1, good for whom who stay at home and earn or income coming easily, for travellers it's bit far...be wise while buying this property

They do have private bus service which drops to dombivali and pick you up from dombivali back to the society ?.
Fare is 30 bucks and exclusively for society residents.
People are safe because of security like knight Rider safety solution are awake 24/7. Security guard like mayur & ramrao and supervisor rakesh were always co-operative while following their code of conduct.
Was amazed when I came here as saw mayur was communicating with me in his fluent english.
If one Is planning to buy or to get it on rent it's a good place with best security offered by knight security services.
Also has many amenities like clubhouse, gym ???enough parking space.
Its a 900 Acres project proposed by Lodha. Worlds 1st project to be this big ❤.
