They are providing only open parking which i think is not enough quantities as per Flat's counts.
so who have CAR just have look on this point.

However need some clarification. Earlier the Possession for Lodha Rare Gem was November 2020 and were supposed to get the keys by June 2020 only. And now its showing as November 2021. Its almost delayed by a Year. Kindly advise!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ False promises made by lodha very pathetic service from lodha. While taking money their procedure is very fast but for giving possession its almost opposite complete slow. I will never ever recommend lodha to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely annoying service by Lodha. Almost entire money is taken in advance but delay by 2 years in giving possession. Lodha employees and management itself keep on giving false commitments to customers. Plz avoid booking in any Lodha property if you don't want to loose out on money. I lost around Rs. 4 lacs due to delay in giving possession.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lodha is giving false statement in each of their commitments, they took money for the 339 sqft area on the highest market price and giving possession only for 300sqft, even they have giving 1 floor to mhada in 12 lakhs only without knowing any one, so my overall experience with lodha is very pathetic.
