We have contacted Logix holiday and a representative Ms. Priyanka contacted us and she handled our queries smartly and planned all the things effectively and as per our convenience. Finally we booked our tour and our experience was awesome. We liked the services provided by the booking agency specially by Ms. Priyanka. She was fully connected with us till we reached back delhi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are not professional. Take everything in written otherwise they will increase the amount after booking and change the T&C on the fly. They promised too much but delivered bad quality hotal and service. Money minded and they will not survive in this business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a package for ooty took advance and not confirming the hotel booking seems like fraud , they want to provide cheapest hotel at the end and not one which i chose from itinary. Not replying calls , fraud people dont ever book anything from logix holidays

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience, they will cheat you with the quality. They didn't provide you hotel which they mention in iteniary and give a pathetic poor hygiene hotel where you can't stay and enjoy your trip at all, they are just money eaters.
If you want to waste your money and vacations, please go ahead and do the bookings with this fraud travel team.
And Priyanka is the biggest fraud don't trust her at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally fraud company. They are (Priyanka & Sudhanshu) not giving services properly after taking money and after received the package amount from clients they are (Priyanka & Sudhanshu) also not contactable via massage or calls or anything.
Even all positive reviews are fake here, and they (Priyanka & Sudhanshu) also not giving Salary to there employees.
So guys i suggest to you all please don't book any tour plaan with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had read a lot of negative reviews from recent travellers so was a bit hesitant to book trip from them, 1.5 years back this operator was rated almost 4.5 & it appears their operations were hit hard by covid. I still went ahead & booked the trip for uttarkhand 5 nights & they delivered more than I expected with a decent budget.
I would rate the accommodation as 4/5 with the budget I had, quality was fine for better quality accommodation more needs to shelled & service was 5/5.
Sudhanshu was all the time available at service.
