★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best tour operator of india. Staff is excellent and soft spoken and always well behave with customer. Same as the directors of the company. No parking problem there. Very near to kandivali station just 3 minuts walk. On west side. The tour are customised as oer the need of customers. Even the guide with tours are also soft spoken well behave. Take care of customers like king and queens.. Its honour to travel with LOHANA'S TOURS AND TRAVELS.

I had done the booking and had to cancel because of Covid, it’s been more over a month and I have not received my refund, I called up for another booking so we can adjust the amount, the agent doesn’t pick my call nor message and he does answer if called from another phone. Complete liar , unethical and unprofessional agent
