★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very good catereer and travel service provider in naihati.The owner's name is Mr.shibshankar Sadhu,a very friendly and nice person who interacts a lot to help and make you feel comfortable.i personally went to many trips with them like kashmir,kinnaur kailash,uttarakhand etc.They also organize a yearly picnic in the month of january free of cost for all its valuable customers.This travelling agent provides very good service for all age groups.The accomodation and food they serve are awsome and can be easily compared with the bestest travelling agents like kundu and all.the managers are also very friendly and helpful and they also serve according to individual requirements.It is also the best catereer in naihati.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was about to give not a single star. They are fraud and cheater.
First we tried their catering service on my daughter’s rice ceremony. Before booking they gave me assurance about the cook from Chandannagar and quality of food. But, the big boss was lier, the cook was very local and the food quality was not good as expected.
Then my parents went for a tour in Himachal with them. It seems they dont even know the rules to visit in high altitude moutain area with senior citizens. No time for acclimatization, junk foods everyday, no support from guys who call themselves team leader. My parents got sick and they returned back in middle of the tour. I have done all necessary arrangements for them, the famous Loknath travelers didn’t even care.
The big boss having attitude problem as well. The Money is everything for them even if they are reluctant to keep their promises.
Guys think 100 times before choosing this so called catering or tourism serice from Lokenath ( Mr. Shibe). After all its your hard earned money.
