★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely NOT recommended to buy anything from Lokenath Cycle Mart, I bought a Hercules cycle from this shop, the very next day I found out that the cycle frame is faulty, it is not in line, hence the cycle is not balanced and very difficult to ride. I went there and raised the issue, the seller just bluntly refused to do anything about it even though the cycle was just one day old, and under warranty. I am left with a faulty cycle that cannot be repaired. Strictly avoid this shop. Now I am thinking about going to the Consumer Court against this seller.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst places to buy a cycle in South Kolkata . The owners attitude is disgusting. It's like customers are coming and he's doing some kind of charity by selling them cycle or servicing the faulty kit that he sold to the customers. It's been over a month since I bought a cycle from them, and till date he couldn't give me a official bill for my purchase, the excuse is that the printers are not delivering them the bill due to COVID. Then why the shop is even open. No protection measure by the staff. A simple job like adjusting a sit or servicing a cycle is a headache at the place, topping it off with the owners disgusting attitude. Don't recommend anyone it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shopkeeper is a very rude and misbehaved person. Had a very bad experience and only because of his bad behaviour I did not buy from him. I paid Rs 100 more in another shop at Kasba. If you are ok with bad words and insults while buying only then visit this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took cycle I had bought from flipkart for tune up on the first day. They broke the handlebar cap. Few wakes later had a pedal issue which they replaced. 10mins of cycling later the pedal came off again. On returning I was faced with hostility and after making me wait they redid the pedal which promptly fell off again. Nightmarish experience. Would recommend staying away as they do not have any idea about what they are doing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not buy cycles from this store. They can not fit your cycle properly. After one day of purchase break shoe and the nut of from wheel fail off. They even not considering it and not fixing it properly. The behaviour of the owner is very harsh. Even now I discover that the handle cover is fractured from sides. Seat is making annoying sounds. Very bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large variety of cycles to choose from. Brands like Hero and Hercules are found in the store. Both gear and non-gear cycles, cycles with disc or manual brakes, extra seat and battery charging cycles are all found here.
Cycle repairing is also done in this mart. Their behaviour is ok.
