★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NEVER buy medicines from the medical store on the ground floor (very expensive). I was given a discount of 232/- when my total bill was 92,232/-. There are stores offering 20% discount elsewhere.
Choose to go with a diagnostic lab outside of the hospital. The hospital charges a bomb.
We had a relaxing time at Lokmanya really. The hospital is clean with less crowd and that's really great. The housekeeping/nursing staff is THE BEST of the entire staff. Post surgery, you tend to rely more on the housekeeping staff than the doctors who visit just once. The RMOs are typically Homeopathy or Ayurvedic but they're really there just to finish their internship. Not saying they're not co-operative.
If you're from Pune, please try to opt-out from canteen food. Settle for a better deal as meals are included in the package.
Limited parking space.
Patients visit the hospital to get rid of their pain. They really don't care how you help them achieve this and hence some things beyond my understanding,
1. There's additional cost if you choose to go with robotic. Why?
2. Different pricing if you wish to go with Dr. Vaidya vs Dr A, B, C. Why?
3. Different package when you choose a different hospital branch. Why?
4. Pay for registration charges again if you've paid for it (a day ago) in a different branch (facepalm)
5. Call you for follow up (2-3 mins of checking) and then charge you with 700/- again.
Overall, a good experience but if they could improve on some of the points mentioned above, that'd be fab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Knee replacement surgery for both the legs were carried out by one of the expert, experienced, reputed doctors, Dr. Narendra Vaidya on whom the we have confidence and full faith. Our experience from the date of admission for operation till the date of discharge is very satisfactory. The team of Doctors and other nursing staff also found very courteous, supportive, well behaved and carrying.
We are highly satisfied and appreciate the all Team Members of hospital.
We wish all the best to Dr. Narendra Vaidya and bright future to the hospital and staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No doubt about doctors and their treatment.. if you are looking for knee replacement surgery, would suggest to go blindly with Dr. Vaidya. He is the best one in Pune.
But management is worst than worst. You need to call 4-5 days frequently for the appointment / follow up where nobody cares to receive the call on time. And after tired trying so namy calls, result end up with no slot available for appointment or doctor is not available. Patient and relatives suffer a lot due to this careless management
Request to improve management, if they really care for patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was there for arthoscopy n TKR ,staff is very devoted n caring ,all the facilities at hospital for the patient regarding nursing, consultant is the best,n above all the Dr Narendra vadiya sir is the best orthopaedic Dr I met so far .
Wishing hospital staff all the success in their efforts to built heaithy society .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic and very professional services, all staffs are well trained , i was very peculiar and nervous about getting knee surgery for my grandmother Initially but after meeting Dr.Narendra Vaidya sir all my resistance vanished. From the very beginning , we were elaborated about the whole procedure. I am very thankful to all doctors, nursing staffs and physiotherapist . Highly recommended.

They all creat magic ? here ,it was an experience to watch with nacked eyes to see my mom waking on her feet ? all with the same confidence which was suppressed from last few years.
