★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Lokpriya Hospital at night. It was an emergency situation since one of my relative was in a need of first aid. The staff at night duty, treated him without dealying and did an excellent job, following the COVID-19 protocols. We are impressed and satisfied with the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is nice to see that a Hospital is attending and answering the queries and online complaints of patients / attendants. I hope behaviour of staff and treatment is really nice here. I am currently experiencing the ill-treatment of para medical staff at another hospital in the same city but due to health of my dear family member I have to bear with it. Dear Lokpriya Hospital please keep it up. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I admit in lokpriya hospital dated 7th march 22. I m suffering from hypertension and attend by dr Smirti. She is very good. I feel that she is not a dr. She is family and also hats-up for she for help me buildup bonding with my own family. Thanks to you dr Smirti for all this. Thank so muth Dr Smirti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In emergency, these people charge 2 to 3 times and no attention is given to the patient, just if they want money, they do not mean anything to the patient or his family:With my mother, he did the same thing, now he just earns money and did not even think it necessary to tell anything, how the condition is not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are Good, but Staff is Pathetic, looks like untrained labor hired from no where and deployed as nurses and assistants. I am sure Government Veterinary Hospital will have better educated Staff (Nurses and Assistants)
Management is not approachable to escalate Concerns. Tried calling Management to raise concerns and issues But in Vain No one come on the call.
I see management posting Standard Answers to each and every feedback given on google. Which proves They are only interested to ensure a response is posted, However they have never worked upon improving anything or have taken any such feedbacks from such experiences posted.
I will Give
4 STARS to Doctors.
NO or ZERO STARS to Staff, &
-3 (Minus 3) STARS for Management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don’t trust these people. They are only making fool to patient’s relative. They are just playing with your hard earned money. One of my relative admitted here with very serious condition. But they take care more to collect money & making unnecessarily bills instead of take caring patient. They don’t even maintain hygiene. Even not follow covid rules. Staff are not at all cooperative. If you really care for your loved once. Request you to find better option but don’t prefer this hospital.
