★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every thing related offices, colleges, schools and couple of schools uniforms are aslo available. Perfect place to have stationary, varieties of things, different brands, everything just at one place. Carry cash as sometimes their swap machine don't read cards I think. I don't what's the problem, it's better to carry cash. Good parking facilities for two wheelers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to purchase all office stationery and school items. Place is usually crowded. Items are properly arranged for quick purchase. Payment section is very slow needs some improvement. This store also contains plasticwares and crockeries. I would recommend this place for all your stationary needs.

Vocal to Local: We respect your initiative but on the other hand you should competitive in price as well as quality. While developing please concentrate on paper quality which i feel lower than other Indian make notebooks.
Return/Exchanges: The policy under current pandemic situation is correct but It should be applicable for all. In front of me your salesman exchanged books of one customer to whom they have given class 9th book instead of 10th because in this case mistake was your salesman. Secondly i have tried but not seen this policy on your back door.
Higher MRP: In terms of higher MRP items i mean to say that the pencil colors, crayons prices are starting from Rs. 12 but in your set of books you are selling it of MRP 100. You are not charging more than MRP but selling the costlier one. This is not business ethics.

Cheating to customers. Selling high MRP notebook of their own brand name printed & other stationary items. While selling confirming to take return but on next visit not exchanging sold items & giving reasons of COVID. So while buying anything from lokseva ensure prior to pay as they will not return/exchange when you go back. It is better to buy from other shops as they are very costly & selling high MRP items for their higher margin.
