★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long life hiland park has a very upgraded stock of medicines. The counter executives are very communicable. But, I have continuously noticed a very harsh , rude behaviour from a delivery executive, whose name is LALTU. He is very intolerant, impolite and have misbehaved verbally on almost every occasion. The most recent one being on 21st September, 2021. On asking him to repeat the bill amount twice verbally, he blasted at the patient party. He might have been very tired, day was surely very hectic... but I am afraid, if such intolerance and tantrums are thrown by him, at the patient party, merely for asking the bill amount twice, is a matter of grave concern for the reputation of the Long Life medicine retailing chain. The Stock is excellent, I wish long life good luck. But at the same time, please put equal vigilance to these extended services. We are there because you supply medicines to us, and you are trading because we are purchasing medicines from your retailing shops. Please note: Train up your delivery executive named Mr. Laltu.
