★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dhl packers is one of the worst i would say the worst movers and packers service. i shifted my household luggage from mumbai to pune and expereienced worst services.They committed to deliver material on the same day by 10 p.m but actually delivery took place next day 2.30 pm that too after i made 100 calls. further they had left behind 4 items which till after 15 days have not been delivered to me.my computer table was received in damaged condition.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are fraud. The will give u a quotation for moving the items and once done they ask for 18 % GST on the total amount and they won’t even give u the bills for the same.
I have been trying to get in touch with them but once done they won’t pick up ur calls.
They are not even DHL. Their company name is some Chetak relocations.
The bill that they finally issued makes no mention of GST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why did you select this particular company's service? My friends suggested the company so I thought of using their services. Heard that they are a reputed company. I did not want to take risk by going for a small company Describe the good and the bad aspects of this company service.They gave service which was neat and perfect. Not much to point mistakes about. It was just what was required. The only thing I would say is their booking process is bit complicated. Would you recommend this DHL PACKERS AND MOVERS service? For whom?I was satisfied with their service so I will recommend them to others. Their service will be suitable for people who are shifting their house. My guess is that they would be useful for people moving their working place or office. I say this because of their very good planning.Describe any interactions/experiences with this company worth sharing.I contacted them and they visited my place. The list they made was very helpful by DHL packers and movers
