★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is unprofessional and services are mediocre. It is difficult to get a good hair cut at Looks Salon, Gautam Marg, Vaishali Nagar. I have been using Looks salons in Delhi NCR for the last 14 years, however this franchisee branch in Vaishali Nagar is completely sub-standard. Best to avoid this place and spend your money elsewhere! In response to the reply received from Looks Gautam Marg, Vaishali Nagar below, to provide an accurate context, the receptionist had instructed their barber to spend an extra 15-20 minutes to provide me extra time for hair trimming for which I had offered to pay them extra. However, after starting the haircut, a lady approached me and introduced herself as Ms Khandelwal, owner of the establishment. She advised me that she was overriding the commitment made by the front office staff as she was the owner and directly told the barber in my presence not to spend even an extra minute after the basic hair cut for my trimming!! This is shocking and unheard of in the service industry. I don't think I need to say any more on the subject, especially when there are far better salons close by within Vaishali Nagar! As for the Salon owners assertion that no other salon provides this service, she should check the facts before sticking her neck out publicly in social media. For her knowledge and reference, this service has been provided to me regularly by Looks salons in Delhi (Saket & Green Park) and also by barbers in her own Salon over the past 1 year !!

This time I also tried hair treatment by Dr Jyoti and highly recommend her for any kind of hair treatments. I was well explained about my hair problems I was facing and how I could over come it. Did get PRP done by her and very positive about the result.
