★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATED: WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Part2. They assigned a trainee. Now when i have registered complaints. They are getting even more unprofessional. I usually don't complain about people but its the most pathetic service ever by any LOOKS salon.
Part1. The person they assigned for haircut and beard trim didn't even know how to make a straight cut. I had to explain him that the beard cut is going south and hair cut is not what I explained it to him but he was clueless and kept doing his pathetic job and vanished after that. I found it as the most unprofessional service by any looks salon. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE WORST experience from the start to end. It’s been weeks I got my haircut done from here and still regret it every day. The stylists are not trained at their job and have zero knowledge. The guy who was cutting my hair was supposedly a rank above the rest, he pulled and chair next to me, and just cut a huge chunk of hair. No discussion about how the style would look, how to frame the face, how much shorter the length will be, what the end result will look like. Nothing. Sat like he was doing me a favour, chit chatting with other staff people. I was in shock!!! Still am.
That’s just about him, other members for example the receptionist whose sole job is to greet and guide the clients around was least interested in anyone but herself, cat walking around the place and busy looking busy. Pathetic.
The amount they charged was almost triple of what they quoted on the phone and gave the most illogical explanation arrogantly when questioned.
WORST EXPERIENCE. THERE ARE MANY BETTER SALONS IN THE AREA, I don’t endorse any but just warning you from staying away from LOOKS SECTOR 104.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ visited the place to get an undercut, my first ever undercut! And I am not disappointed! Nazim really helped me through the whole thing.. from figuring out what would look good to how much risk I should be taking! Had an amazing experience! All of the staff was very cordial and courteous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit this salon very often and staff is very nice and skilled. My 3 year old son gets very cranky at the time of haircut but this staff puts in every effort to ensure he is comfortable. I have never seen them getting agitated because of any thing. Very professional people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Untrained unprofessional staff; probably as trained as the tikki wala outside the entrance! Incompetent manager never tells staff to clean the surroundings as a result, as you see in the pictures, we landed up sitting in the mess for the 3 hrs. While We got manicure pedicure done. Out attendants littered the space with torn pouches of the manicure kit and none bothered to either put them on one corner or clean till long after we ended both the manicure and the pedicure. The tap pipe burst too while the pedicure was in progress - soiling my clothes. They just failed to fix broken nails, did not know how to use the instruments and instead kept distracting us with the non essential massage on hands and selling us the pedicure kit pouches. As for nail clean up and filing and fixing, they knew none! Also, staff conveniently locks themselves up in the washrooms for long to check their phones, leaving the customers waiting outside. Don’t go here for nails surely. Also have a known person whose hair they burned while pressing in the same location (however two years back). Have a decent looking set up but hollow when it comes to the staff s skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff at Looks saloon in sector 104 , Noida is professionally competent . The managerial staff , Ankita and Wasim are polite and helpful. I am visiting the saloon for more than 04 years and have found the services excellent.

Don't even have a single complaint yet. She is the best. Just ask for her, I never had to ask for another girl. She is my go to person for all my services. Big thumbs up to her ?
