★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to get a short hair cut. I showed a picture of the cut I wanted. The hair stylist - Nadeem said he can give the same cut. I had long hair and it would be easy to give such a cut. Midway, he said my hair texture is different, etc. I can't get the same cut. It was too late by then. Also, the cut he actually give me is so so so bad, that 1. It's nothing even close to the picture I showed him. 2. Is so shabby, looks like it's done by someone holding the scissors for the first time. It's really this bad. Trust me when I say this. I will not recommend this hair stylist to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just charge huge money and give bad experience. I got upper lips done with rica wax and blisters came out the same day. I have got it done by rica wax everytime but it never happened. Paid Rs 180 for this and got worst service ever. ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would highly recommend this Salon based on my Personal Experience. The Staff is really good, professional and super hygenic. They cater to your personal demand for a particular styling of you hair. Stylists Akshay is well trained that they make you have a Wow factor. To add on., The Manager named Kausar really helped me to get my daughters hair cut for a redo request as my child wanted short hair cut. He agreed to redo for her haircut. They believe in Customer Satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with the hair services. They charge extra for senior hair stylists but they lack expertise. The stylist did not check hair texture and type before the hair wash. And then gave a hair cut (short and without layers) that was completely wrong for my curly hair type. Once the hair dried and resumed it's curly form, I ended up looking like Einstein.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They used to be good but seems like the staff changed or something has gone south. Went for a touch up which was done extremely poorly and they didn’t even bother to cover all hair, complained about it and got it fixed and they ended up charging me for the blow dry because that was special somehow and acted like I am coming for free services with fake scenarios. Even the second time the colour wasn’t done properly with greys showing and when I raised it again, the woman at the reception refused to acknowledge it. What a sorry state of affairs.

Got a Keratin treatment done for my frizzy and dry hair last week - absolutely loved it! My hair has never looked softer and shinier before - also helped get rid of the frizz :) Absolutely recommended!
