★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look salon has an impeccable service, are following all the Covid-19 precautions and the hospitality from the staff was unparalleled. Never met a more polite staff and I was fully satisfied with my haircut, manicure and pedicure. 10/10 would recommend the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sometimes you don't have very good experience. I personally feel looks has detoriated a little over a period of time... I got my hair smoothened about an year ago from CP branch of Delhi... They literally burnt my hair an Dr one patch was totally crumpled... Then the recent service i took from looks rohtak branch was very very unsatisfactory... One pays extra money for the simple things for better customer experience... And that was found lacking... Staff was impolite as well... Apart from these 2-3 incidences it was a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pls don't go at all I had a worst experience they use fake products of globle hairs colour instead of original they don't even know how to treate customer they spoil my all hairs,now my hairs totly white n damage?totly wastage of money in rhtk looks,?pls pls do not use rohtak looks salon for hairs globle colour, they use duplicate product ,they are not professional and also have poor quality,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to reputedly and well maintained parlours always. But when I visited this 'Looks' salon, my experience was worst. The staff was very rude. They deal as if the customer is visit salon for the first time. The service is also poor. They convince you to take the membership, if you take one, they will never update about it, though they say, the salon sends messages!!!
I have lived in big cities, metro cities but the Rohtak 'Looks' salon is big NO NO. Please don't visit it. Please don't waste your money here.

They are welcoming when they are in good mood otherwise they are very rude and think themselves above their customers specially their stylist mr Aasif.. he ruined his reputation and of his salon in a single day that was build over time. I had a decent cut but i went to looks for an even better look. He spoiled my hair 3 days before my intnl trip. Rohtak looks is not at recommended if you have to do with a special occasion as you can’t just depend on their mood for good services. 5 stars for previous experiences, 2 for this time.
