They have no experts, a set of hairstyles they have thought everyone. irrespective of your instructions they will cut what they KNOW. when you complain at the reception the ADMIN team argues without understanding. They are more interested in getting their learners learn on you RATHER THAN helping you have a good hair cut

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Looks franchise ever. There is no professionalism. Even the customers can feel the internal politics. They overbook themselves and then send you back home. The salon has a total pf two curling rods. Imagine. I got a facial done where the woman left me waiting in between several times with people banging on the foor and calling her for other services. A very very BAD EXPERIENCE. And VERH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Putting L’oreal’s brand name at risk like how!
