★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick haircut in 15min.I had the fastest haircut of my life here just in 15min. I had opted for feather cut and the stylist who attended me I could sense something like the smoke smell from the stylist and he didn’t wash his hands probably. I wonder wether they are following covid rules or not because wearing mask is not the only thing, you have to wash your hands accordingly and sanitise.
Service is not up to the mark.
Haircut is ok ok
They almost burnt my scalp, the heat in the hair dryer is so high I thought it might start to fire.
I didn’t feel comfortable and it’s not a good service.
I hope they maintain not only high price list but also have high standards in their services.
Didn’t expect this from looks as I have read a lot about it online this is an example of don’t go by name. My first experience with looks is not at all a good one ?? I don’t know about other outlets thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been getting services from Looks from more than a year now. Their services are hit costly but most of their outlets are worth the price. The professional stayed longer than her working hours just to get my services done. They do value their customers which makes them stand out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited with my wife. Bad experience unfortunately. Being a salon located in a mall they don't even have basic adequate to treat a guest. They judge u basis on your appearance, 0 is what I would give to there customer service skills. Offered tea to one of the customers and not even water to another. Pathetic! Also too many hidden charges and Ignorant staff. Doesn't matter what u ask for, they would do what they want. May be because they don't know it anyway. Please clarify charges before taking any service. Average service and very expensive. I don't write such a review but this is not a place where you would want to put your money. Try another salon rather :)

They are very accommodating , always finding time to slot me in around my work schedule or later evening appts which I really appreciate. Overall great place & I find the team in general, very social, & friendly
